Welcome to Kyra Rewards Club. By creating an account, subscribing to Kyra, accessing the platform, or participating in any Kyra promotion, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Kyra

Kyra is an Asia-first digital membership and rewards platform. Kyra members may receive access to partner offers, discount codes, rewards, member-only benefits and, where legally permitted, entry into Kyra promotions. Kyra is not a savings, investment, betting, gambling, lottery or guaranteed prize service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into binding contracts, resident in a country where Kyra is available, and not prohibited by law from participating.

3. Membership Fees

Kyra is a paid membership. Fees, billing cycle, currency and taxes are shown before you subscribe. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime through account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. No Guarantee of Winning

Kyra membership does not guarantee that you will win a prize, receive a reward, or obtain a particular partner offer. Any chance-based promotion is subject to its published mechanics and may involve random selection, eligibility criteria and regulatory requirements.

5. Partner Offers

Kyra may make available offers, codes, discounts or rewards from third-party partners. Partner offers are provided by the relevant partner and may be subject to the partner's own terms.

6. Promotions & Prize Draws

Kyra may operate daily rewards, prize draws, giveaways, contests, member rewards or other promotional activities, subject to these Terms, the specific rules for each promotion, country-specific terms and applicable laws.

7. Account Security

Your Kyra account is personal to you. You must keep login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate any account if we reasonably believe the user is ineligible, has breached these Terms, created multiple accounts, acted fraudulently, or attempted to manipulate any promotion.

9. Privacy

Use of Kyra is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data only as needed to operate the platform, deliver benefits, and comply with applicable law.
